Transit Operators and Vehicles
   Overview
Data on public transit employees and vehicle fleets are available from the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). Employee data are provided for compensation, occupation (function), and mode. Transit vehicle fleet size, fuel, and accessibility are available by mode. Financial, safety, security, ridership and other data sets are also available.

Available data series include 1) transit vehicle operators per mode, 2) transit operator compensation, and 3) transit vehicles by mode.
